    Uno de los aspectos a revisar permanentemente, es la responsabilidad social empresarial, la cual ha tomado diferentes facetas en su aplicación, por supuesto desde el entendimiento del concepto mismo por parte de los administradores de las unidades productivas; así entonces, dicha responsabilidad desde tales conceptos, la han situado en un plano del énfasis hacia los postulados de la individualidad, dejando de lado el altruismo característico de la responsabilidad, por el voluntariado, donde lo que interesa es la sensación y tranquilidad de la participación en eventos de caridad, donde la virtud sea el eje central de la reflexión; así entonces de dicha reflexión, desde del trabajo desarrollado por Guilles Lipovetsky, en su libro el “Crepúsculo del deber, La Ética indolora de los Nuevos Tiempos Democráticos”, se toman los criterios de análisis en torno de la interindividual, la cual según el autor ha dejado de existir por el paso de la preocupación del otro por el otro y del bien de uno por los demás, de lo cual se pude afirmar que ha finalizado el sentido altruista de la responsabilidad social, y lo único que queda es el amor por sí mismo, es el yo supremo que encarna lo posmoderno y que deber ser revaluado en el postconflicto.

    One aspect to review permanently is corporate social responsibility, which has taken on different facets in their application, of course from the understanding of the concept itself by managers of production units; so then, this responsibility from such concepts, have placed on a plane of emphasis towards the principles of individuality, leaving aside the characteristic altruism of responsibility, volunteerism, where what matters is the feeling and tranquility of participation in charity events, where virtue is at the center of reflection, and then this reflection, from the work developed by Gilles Lipovetsky, in his book “Twilight of duty, painless Ethics of the New Democratic times”, is take the analysis criteria around the “individual-inter”, which according to the author has ceased to exist by the passage of the concern of the other on the other and the good one for others, which is I could say that it has ended altruistic sense of social responsibility, and the only thing left is love itself, is the supreme self that embodies the postmodern and that must be revalued in postconflict.
