Performanceras brasileñas y sus narrativas insurgentes

    El sistema del arte en Brasil está marcado por las mismas relaciones de la sociedad brasileña: violencia, racismo, colonialidad y naturalización de las diferencias sociales. En consecuencia, tiene dificultades para ver y hacer ver la herida colonial, los conflictos y contradicciones de esa sociedad. Ese racializado sistema del arte dificulta su ocupación por las poblaciones negras e indígenas, ignorando una diversa producción artística. Este artículo presenta las performances “Bombril”, de Priscila Rezende y “White Face and Blonde Hair”, de Renata Felinto que, en sus acciones artísticas plasman no solo sus problemáticas personales, también producen narrativas insurgentes. Propongo el concepto de narrativas insurgentes para denominar la forma por la que esas artistas dan sentido al contexto social de las amefricanas, haciendo ver las condiciones de existencia que crean y mantienen conflictos sociales.

    The art system in Brazil is marked by the same rela-tions that rule Brazilian society: violence, racism, coloniality and normalization of social differences. Consequently, it has difficulties to see and make visible the colonial wound, as well as the conflicts and contradictions that mire this society. This racial-ized system of art hinders the inclusion of black and indigenous populations, ignoring their diverse artistic production. This article presents the per-formances Bombril, by Priscila Rezende and White Face and Blonde Hair, by Renata Felinto, which, in their artistic actions capture not only their personal problems, but also produce insurgent narratives. I propose the concept of insurgent narratives to name the way in which these artists give meaning to the social context of Amefrican women, show-ing the conditions of existence that create and maintain social conflicts.

    Le système artistique au Brésil est marqué par les mêmes relations qui régissent la société brésilienne : violence, racisme, colonialité et normalisation des différences sociales. Par conséquent, il a du mal à voir et à rendre visible la blessure coloniale, ainsi que les conflits et les contradictions qui embourbent cette société. Ce système d'art racial-isé entrave l'inclusion des populations noires et autochtones, ignorant leur production artistique diversifiée. Cet article présente les performances Bombril de Priscila Rezende et White Face and Blonde Hair, de Renata Felinto, qui, dans leurs actions artistiques capturent non seulement leurs problèmes personnels, mais produisent égale-ment des récits insurgés. Je propose le concept de récits insurgés pour nommer la manière dont ces artistes donnent un sens au contexte social des femmes améfricaines, montrant les conditions d'existence qui créent et entretiennent des conflits sociaux.
