    Los docentes son agentes de enseñanza encargados de formar personas a partir del uso racional de estrategias, recursos y métodos apropiados de enseñanza, los cuales, de alguna manera responden a una concepción pedagógica específica (De Zubiría, 1994). En el proceso de formación el maestro debe preguntarse ¿Para qué enseñar? ¿Qué enseñar? ¿Cuándo enseñar? ¿Cómo enseñar? ¿Con qué enseñar? y ¿Cómo se cumple? esto con el fin de orientar su labor pedagógica y encaminarse hacia un modelo de formación.

    Entender la acción pedagógica del maestro no es tarea fácil, implica un trabajo arduo, dedicado y con herramientas teóricas lo suficientemente claras que permitan aproximarnos a un referente establecido y que sirva de base al docente para desarrollar su quehacer pedagógico. Es significativo saber si el maestro dentro de su rol desarrolla acciones pedagógicas específicas que permitan relacionarlas con un modelo pedagógico. Para esto es necesario realizar un estudio investigativo, centrado en las prácticas docentes que se promueven en las instituciones educativas.

    Teachers are teaching agents in charge of training people based on the rational use of strategies, sources and appropriate teaching methods, which, in some way, respond to a specific pedagogical conception (De Zubiría, 1994). In the process of formation the teacher must ask himself: Why teach? To teach? When to teach? How to teach? With what to teach? and How is it fulfilled? this in order to guide their pedagogical work and move towards a training model.

    Understanding the pedagogical action of the teacher is not an easy task, it implies an arduous, dedicated work and with clear enough theoretical tools that allow us to approach an established reference and that serves as the basis for the teacher to develop his pedagogical task. It is significant to know if the teacher within their role develops specific pedagogical actions that allow them to be related to a pedagogical model. For this it is necessary to carry out a research study, focused on the teaching practices that are promoted in educational institutions.
