Resumen de La percepción de turistas y población local sobre el turismo de naturaleza de la costa de Jalisco

  La actividad turística ha sido y es el motor de crecimiento de algunos municipios de México, sin embargo frecuentemente se señala la necesidad del desarrollo de modelos turísticos más competitivos en el fluctuante mercado del turismo, que permitan mejorar los beneficios de desarrollo económico y social. En este trabajo se efectuó un análisis sobre la percepción de la población local y los turistas acerca del turismo de naturaleza en la costa de Jalisco. Para medir el impacto sobre la población local se realizó una encuesta a la población y turistas. La encuesta se dividió en 10 y 12 preguntas abiertas y cerradas. Para el análisis se obtuvo la media aritmética de las respuestas a cada pregunta con el fin de analizar el grado de percepción global que la población y los turistas tienen sobre los impactos del turismo. El análisis de comparación de medias demuestra que los pobladores consideran que son positivos, en cada una de las pregunta la respuesta fue superior a 3 por lo que se considera que el turismo de naturaleza atrae mayor inversión, aumenta la calidad de vida, mejora la infraestructura de la población y existen mayores oportunidades de empleo.

  The tourist activity has been and is the engine of growth of some municipalities of Mexico, however frequently it is indicated the necessity of the development of more competitive tourist models in the fluctuating market of the tourism, that allow to improve the benefits of economic and social development. In this paper, an analysis was made about the perception of the local population and tourists about nature tourism in the Jalisco coast. To measure the impact on the local population, a survey was conducted on the population and tourists. The survey was divided into 10 and 12 open and closed questions. For the analysis, the arithmetic mean of the answers to each question was obtained in order to analyze the degree of global perception that the population and tourists have about the impacts of tourism. The analysis of means comparison shows that the local population consider that they are positive, in each one of the questions the answer was greater than 3 reason why it is considered that nature tourism attracts more investment, increases the quality of life, improves the infrastructure of the population and there are more employment opportunities.
