Resumen de Justificación de la actuación de la inspección educativa en el ámbito territorial de la administracion educativa de andalucía

El presente artículo versa sobre la justificación de la actuación de la inspección educativa vinculada a los servicios de inspección educativa en el ámbito territorial de Andalucía. Esta justificación, tiene su génesis y legitimidad en el ordenamiento jurídico vigente;
en este artículo se procede a desglosar y justificar dicha actuación teniendo como punto de partida la la Constitución Española de 1978 y llegando a concretarse en las Instrucciones para el desarrollo del Plan General de Actuación de la Inspección Educativa de Andalucía para el presente curso escolar 2015-2016.
Se hace una descripción desde lo general hasta lo más específico y concreto, partiendo desde el ámbito estatal hasta el ámbito autonómico. El texto concluye con un ejemplo gráfico, a modo de tabla resumen, que refleja lo expuesto en el texto

The present article turns on the justification of the action of the educational inspection linked to the services of educational inspection in the territorial area of Andalusia.
This justification, it has his genesis and legitimacy in the juridical in force classification; in this article one proceeds to remove and justify the above mentioned action taking the great letter as a point of item, the Spanish Constitution of 1978 and managing to make concrete in the Instructions for the development of the General Plan of Action of the Educational Inspection of Andalusia for the present school course 2014-2015.
A description is done, where it splits from the general thing up to the most specific and concrete thing, dividing from the state area up to the autonomous area. The text is concluded by a clear graphical example, like table they summarize, that it reflects the developed in the text.
