    La llegada de la Normativa MiFID en el ámbito financiero europeo supuso un cambio en los planteamientos y relaciones entre las entidades financieras y sus clientes. La expansión económica y la crisis posterior resultaron directamente vinculados a los mercados financieros y afectaron a la inversión colectiva a nivel nacional, europeo y mundial a través de las pérdidas producidas en el valor de las inversiones, y en el deterioro que sufrió su reputación. La crisis financiera de 2008 forzó la aparición de la normativa MiFID II ante la necesidad de mejora en el funcionamiento de los mercados financieros, de las empresas de inversión y en la prestación de los servicios de inversión. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar las implicaciones de la nueva normativa y mostrar los resultados descriptivos del análisis del perfil de inversor medio que se ve afectado por esta normativa para una muestra comarcal

    The implementation of the MiFID Regulation in the European Banking systems meant a change in the relationship between the financial institutions and their clients. The economic expansion and the subsequent crisis were directly linked to the financial markets and affected collective investment institutions at a national, European and global levels through the losses produced in the value of the investments, and in the deterioration suffered by its reputation. The 2008 financial crisis led to the appearance of the MiFID II regulations due to the need to improve the functioning of financial markets, investment companies and the provision of investment services. The aim of this work is to analyze the implications of the new legislation and to show the results of a descriptive analysis of the average investor affected by this regulation for a local sample.
