El estudio de la OCDE “Students, Computers and Learning. Making the connection” plantea un estudio en el que analiza la relación entre estudiantes, ordenadores y aprendizaje. Se constata entre otros asuntos relevantes la importancia de las TIC en el rendimiento de los alumnos, las desigualdades en competencia digital y la implicación de las nuevas tecnologías respecto a las políticas educativas y prácticas docentes.
