    El artículo da a conocer la investigación “Madres Comunitarias Facilitadoras de Procesos Sociales para el Mejoramiento del Servicio de y desde los Hogares Comunitarios”, realizada con un grupo de mujeresdel Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF) en Bogotá. Su objetivo fue el mejoramiento y fortalecimiento de las habilidades sociales tomando como eje central la comunicación, debido a que el problema en la Asociación de Madres, radica en las dificultades para relacionarse entre sí, generando ruptura de los canales de comunicación e impidiendo que trabajen en equipo. Se concluyen que se requiere de un cambio personal, para lograr un cambio colectivo, respetar y aportar ideas para consolidar la Asociación, establecer formas adecuadas de comunicación, conformar grupos de trabajo cooperativo para la implementación de acciones en torno a las necesidades sentidas en los hogares comunitarios y presentar proyectos de gestión a instituciones competentes.

    The present article presents the investigation “Communitarian Mothers Facilitators de Social Processes for the Improvement the Service of and from the Communitarian Homes”, made with a group of communitarian mothers of the Colombian Institute of Bienestar Familiar (ICBF) in the city of Bogota. One of the objectives was the improvement and fortification of the social abilities taking like central axis the communication, because the problem felt to the central of the Association of Mothers, is in the difficulties to be related to each other, which generates the rupture of the communication channels and prevents that they work in equipment so that they make activities of self-management. They conclude that it is required of a personal change, to obtain a collective change, to respect and to contribute ideas to consolidate the Association, to establish suitable forms of communication, to conform cooperative work groups for the implementation of actions that take to replace the necessities felt in the communitarian homes and to present/display projects of management to competent institutions.
