La formación del maestro es permanente y constante cuando se necesita hacer reformas en el sistema educativo. Extender la formación integral a partir del cambio en la actitud profesional y la modificación de la práctica del maestro, son los principales elementos en esta investigación. La propuesta tiene una alternativa en sí misma hacia una formación parcial y poco profunda, que se ofrece en los cursos de actualización de formación en la escuela. La formación a partir de la práctica, significa realizar el mejoramiento del profesor mediante una colaboración democrática con la participación activa y crítica de los maestros, que sobre su contexto dinamizará varios ciclos de innovaciones y formación sobre la investigación colaborativa. The teacher's formation is permanent and constant when you need to do reforms into the education systems. To expand the integral formation since the change in the professional actitud and the modification of the teachers practice, are the principal elements in this investigation. The proposal has itself an alternative to the partial formation and a little bit deep that is offer at the actualization courses the formation in the school.The formation since the practice means to realize the teacher's improvement looking for a democratic collaboration with the active and critic teachers participation, that in their on context will dynamic several innovation cycles and formation over the collaborative investigation.Key Word: Formation.
