Resumen de El cuerpo político entre la institución y el cambio.: un diálogo entre Baruch Spinoza y John Locke

El presente trabajo se centra en pensar ciertos elementos del pensamiento de Baruch Spinoza estableciendo un diálogo con John Locke. Es así que, siguiendo la lectura de la transindividualidad en Spinoza y una lectura de Locke centrada en el carácter colectivo del derecho a la resistencia, se analiza la institución de lo político y su cambio. Por un lado, Spinoza va a pensar relaciones comunes que instituyen lo político y generan, en el mismo proceso, formas de resistencia. Es allí que el cambio se va a presentar como institución constante y dentro del mismo proceso de individuación. Por otro lado, Locke va a pensar formas consensuales de institución política que se encuentran presentes en el ejercicio del derecho a la resistencia. La forma consensual, en este caso, va a limitar la compresión del fenómeno de lo político. La resistencia va a ser un derecho colectivo, pero no común, por lo tanto, va a ser un posible y no una constante.

The present work focuses on thinking about certain elements of Baruch Spinoza´s thought by establishing a dialogue with John Locke. Thus, following the reading of transindividuality in Spinoza and a reading of Locke focused on the collective character of the right to resistance, the institution of the political and its change is analyzed. On the one hand, Spinoza is going to think of common relations that institute politics and generate, in the same process, forms of resistance. It is there that change is going to present itself as a constant institution and within the same individuation process. On the other hand, Locke is going to think about consensual forms of political institution that are present in the exercise of the right to resistance. The consensual form, in this case, will limit the understanding of the phenomenon of the political.
