    El siguiente trabajo se centra en la trascendencia de la reforma del 2011 para el constitucionalismo mexicano y su repercusión en materia de derechos humanos. Estudio que se realiza a través de un análisis interdisciplinario de las implicaciones jurídicas en nuestro sistema, a través de la jerarquía normativa, las repercusiones de la connotación derechos humanos, el estudio de los límites de los derechos humanos en el orden nacional e internacional y la transición de la teoría a la práctica. Lo que nos permitirá arribar a la necesidad de implementar un nuevo modelo de justicia, que conlleva el cambio de paradigma en las formas de entender, comprender, analizar, discutir y aplicar el Derecho. Asimismo, se destaca la importancia de herramientas que nos brindan materias como la argumentación, lógica, metodología e interpretación jurídica, en este nuevo paradigma.

    This paper focuses on the significance that the 2011 reform had in Mexican constitutionalism, as well as its repercussion on the topic of human rights. The thesis suggests an interdisciplinary analysis of the implications the reform had in our legal system, embodied by normative hierarchy, the ramifications of the term “human rights”—as well as the study of its limits on both the national and international order—, and the transition between theory and practice. The aforementioned elements will enable us to solidify the need of implementing a new justice prototype, which prompts a change in the paradigm of the way we understand, analyze, discuss and apply the law. Furthermore, this paper aims to stress the importance of the tools provided by subjects such as juridical argumentation, logic, methodology, and interpretation within the framework of this new paradigm.
