Traduzione fra lingue minoritarie: siciliano ed asturiano. Analisi contrastiva delle perifrasi verbali e proposta traduttologica

    The main objective of this study is to make a contrastive analysis between two Romance languages, both at a translational level and from a linguistic point of view, especially in relation to verbal periphrasis. This study has been a real challenge, since there were no previous contrastive studies comparing minority languages of Italy and Spain. Being aware of this condition, we know that there is no contrastive study between Sicilian and Asturian language. Although it is not difficult to find studies that compare a majority and a minority language (Spanish and Asturian or Italian and Sicilian would be just two examples), contrastive studies of minority languages are not so common. We could say in this way that a study like this, focused on the contrastive analysis of two minority languages belonging to Eastern and Western Romania, has no previous references.In the first place, a comparison will be made between the Sicilian and Asturian periphrastic systems, from a theoretical but also a practical point of view. So, at first, the meanings and structures of the various periphrases will be analyzed theoretically, to later elaborate a translation that shows the difficulties and problems that translation presents between minority languages, especially in an aspect such as verbal periphrases. Finally, a commentary on the translation of these periphrases will be presented, explaining the decisions and the reasons that lead to them.

    El principal oxetivu d’esti trabayu ye facer un análisis contrastivu ente dos llingües romances, tanto a nivel traductolóxicu como dende un puntu de vista llingüísticu, sobre manera no que cinca a les perífrasis verbales. Esti estudiu constituyó un auténticu retu, yá que nun esistíen estudios contrastivos previos que compararan llingües minoritaries d’Italia y España. Siendo conscientes d’esta condición, sabemos entós que nun esiste nengún estudiu contrastivu ente’l sicilianu y la llingua asturiana. Anque nun resulte difícil topar estudios que comparen una llingua mayoritaria y una minoritaria (castellanu y asturianu o italianu y sicilianu sedríen namás que dos exemplos), los estudios contrastivos de llingües minoritaries nun son tan comunes. Podríemos dicir d’esta manera qu’un trabayu como esti, focalizáu nel análisis contrastivu de dos llingües minoritaries pertenecientes a la romania oriental y occidental, nun cuenta con referencies anteriores.

    En primer llugar, va facese una comparación ente los sistemes perifrásticos del sicilianu y del asturianu, dende un puntu de vista teóricu pero tamién prácticu. Entós, nun primer momentu, van analizase de forma teórica los significaos y estructures de les estremaes perífrasis, pa depués ellaborar una traducción qu’amuese les dificultaes y los problemes que presenta la traducción ente llingües minoritaries, sobre too nun aspeutu como les perífrasis verbales. P’acabar, va presentase un comentariu sobre la traducción d’estes perífrasis, esplicando les decisiones y les razones que nos lleven a elles.
