    La relación entre los conceptos de razón vital y de razón histórica de ORTEGA Y GASSET, por una parte, y de experiencia jurídica de RECASÉNS SICHES, por otra, puede ser explicada como una desavenencia entre el pensamiento de los autores. En este trabajo tratamos de desacreditar esta interpretación a través de las premisas del concepto de experiencia, su posterior desarrollo en el campo jurídico y la necesaria conexión entre el pensamiento orteguiano y el del iusfilósofo. La justificación nos lleva a exponer el pensamiento de los autores en los términos de una acción común, siendo partícipes de una misma actitud dialéctica.

    The relationship between the concepts of vital reason and historical reason of ORTEGA Y GASSET, on the one hand, and of legal experience of RECASÉNS SICHES, on the other, can be explained as a disagreement between the authors' thinking. This interpretation can be discredited through the premises of the concept of experience, its subsequent development in the legal field and the necessary connection between their thought. This justification leads us to expose the authors' thinking in terms of a common action, both participating in the same dialectical attitud
