La AOD española ante la Agenda de Desarrollo post-2015 y los presupuestos de 2014

    Entre la entrada en vigor en enero del IV PD (2013-2016) y la apertura en septiembre del 68º periodo de la Asamblea General de Naciones Unidas, la AOD española ha recorrido casi 10 meses. Sin pretender realizar una primera valoración del documento político más importante de la política española de cooperación internacional y desarrollo, en este artículo se analiza su aproximación a la Agenda de Desarrollo post-2015, desviaciones propias y heredadas de anteriores gobiernos y la relevancia del recientemente publicado proyecto de los PGE para 2014.

    Between the entry into force in January of the 4th DP (2013-2016) and the 68th period of the UN General Assembly, the Spanish ODA has traveled nearly ten months. Without wishing to make an initial assessment of the most important political document of the Spanish policy of international cooperation and development, this article analyzes its approach to the post-2015 international development agenda, its deviations and the legacies from previous governments as well as the relevance of the recently released draft 2014 State Budget.
