    El duelo perinatal que padece una madre ante la interrupción voluntaria de su embarazo arrastrada por una malformación en el tubo neural del feto, lleva consigo unas connotaciones especiales, cargadas de dolor emocional. Es por ello que se realiza una entrevista en profundidad a Lucía (nombre en pseudónimo), enfermera y madre, cuya vivencia desata emociones llenas de tristeza por la pérdida de un hijo, pero también rabia por cómo se ha desarrollado todo el proceso. La desinformación sobre su circunstancia, la lentitud en el desarrollo del los acontecimientos, la burocracia, el abandono profesional e institucional, la deshumanización, la ausencia de empatía y la falta de apoyo psicológico. Denuncias que la informante desea manifestar como llamamiento a los profesionales sanitarios para que trasformen su labor asistencial, concentrada la mayoría de las ocasiones en la parte física de la persona, olvidando lo más importante, la esfera emocional, que como dice la informante en su discurso "eso nadie lo contempla"

    The perinatal grief that a mother suffers when facing a voluntary termination due to a foetal neural tube malformation, has special connotations, loaded with emotional pain. It is for that reason that Lucía (alias name) is interviewed in depth, a nurse and mother whose experience engenders not only the haunting sadness that describes the loss of a child, but also an irrepressible rage for the manner in which the process was carried out. The lack of information about her circumstances, the slow development of the events, bureaucracy, the professional and institutional neglect, the dehumanization, the absence of empathy and lack of psychological support. Those are complaints the informant wishes to state as a wakeup call to health professionals so they may transform their healthcare intervention, mainly focused on the physical aspect of the person, forgetting the most important matter, the emotional sphere, that, as the speaker says in her speech, "nobody take this into account"
