    Los temas referentes al mantenimiento de la integridad cutánea son considerados de gran importancia en el ámbito de la enfermería, es por ello que el profesional enfermero no solo debe centrarse en los aspectos asistenciales, sino que también debe ser consciente de la importancia que tiene el ámbito de la prevención y tratamiento de las U.P.P. Consta de una introducción sobre el tema, en la cual se conocen los aspectos más importantes y relevantes de las úlceras por presión. A partir de ahí, la hipótesis planteada ha sido la siguiente: “Los apósitos de cura húmeda favorecen la cicatrización y alivian el dolor de la herida de los pacientes con lesiones por presión “. El objetivo fijado ha sido el siguiente: “Realizar la búsqueda bibliográfica sobre la eficacia de la cura húmeda que evidencien la mejora de la cicatrización y alivio del dolor en las lesiones por presión”. Para ello se han seleccionado seis artículos de distintas bases de datos con los que se han contrastado los porcentajes de los resultados de cada uno de ellos y se ha llegado a la conclusión de que los apósitos de cura húmeda, como Sureskin II, Urgotul, y Safetac, favorecen la cicatrización al igual que disminuyen el dolor hasta en un 90%. De esta forma, se produce también una reducción del estrés en el paciente. Una buena actuación por parte de los profesionales de enfermería en el tratamiento de las lesiones por presión es un elemento determinante para el bienestar del paciente y para la disminución del coste, beneficiándose así el propio personal sanitario.

    The topics related to the maintenance of the cutaneous integrity are considered to possess a great importance in the nursing domain, for that reason the professional nurse must focus not only on the care aspects but also he must be conscious about the importance of prevention and treatment of the P.U. First, our work begins with an introduction about the subject, in which the main aspects of the pressure ulcers are presented. From that moment, the hypothesis raised was the following: “The dressings of humid cure help the cicratrization process and relieve pain of the wounds of the patients with pressure injuries”. The fixed objective was the following: “To achieve the bibliographical research about the efficiency of the humid cure evidencing the improving of the cicratization process as well as the relieve of the pain in the pressure injuries. For that aim six articles from different bases of data’s have been selected, then the percentages of the results of each of them have been compared to conclude that the dressings of humid cure, like Sureskin II, Urgotul, and Safetac, favors the cicratization while they decrease the pain in a percentage of a 90%. By this method, a decrease in the patient stress also occurs. A good intervention of the professional nurses in the treatment of the pressure injuries is a determining element for the well-being of the patient and for the reduction of the cost, which finally is beneficious for the health staff.
