Expondremos el caso de una adolescente que ingresa en urgencias del Hospital Infantil tras la ingesta de fármacos, en principio por primera vez, y que tras revisar historia clínica observamos seguimiento desde hace ya varios años con psiquiatría y psicología por trastorno de déficit de atención e hiperactividad y alteración de la personalidad en tratamiento.
La paciente será vista en urgencias y posteriormente ingresará en la planta de Pediatría y tras valoración al día siguiente por psiquiatra se trasladará a la planta de psiquiatría infantil para ingreso.

We present the case of an adolescent girl who was admitted to the emergency department of the Children’s Hospital after taking drugs, initially for the first time, and who, after reviewing her medical history, has been followed up for several years with psychiatry and psychology for attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder and personality alteration under treatment.
The patient will be seen in the emergency department and subsequently admitted to the pediatric ward and after assessment the following day by a psychiatrist, she will be transferred to the child psychiatrist’s ward for admission.
