El personal de enfermería tiene la capacidad de adaptarse a cualquier situación por muy incómoda que sea. Este texto está basado en mi primer trabajo como enfermera. El estar lejos de la familia y en un servicio como medicina interna hizo que la ilusión y la vocación se opusieran a todo aquello negativo que me hacía flaquear como la sobrecarga laboral y las malas relaciones con compañeros. Ser fuerte, y pensar que vendrían tiempos mejores hizo que me acostumbrara a esa situación. La primera experiencia laboral se convierte en un recuerdo que marca un antes y un después como persona y profesional.

The nursing staff has the ability to adapt to any situation no matter how uncomfortable it may be. This text is based on my first job as a nurse. Being away from the family and in a service as internal medicine caused the illusion and vocation to oppose all the negative things that made me waver like work overload and bad relationships with colleagues. Being strong, and thinking that better times would come made me get used to that situation. The first work experience becomes a memory that marks a before and after as a person and professional.
