Análise do discurso na perspectiva da interpretação social dos discursos: Uma possibilidade aberta aos estudos organizacionais

    The complexity of the field of discourse analysis can be attributed to its interdisciplinary nature (with its roots and developments in the disciplines of human and social sciences, such as linguistics and semiotics, literary studies, anthropology, sociology, communications theory, social and cognitive psychology and artificial intelligence). Besides the diversity of its constitution, the denomination discourse analysis also embraces numerous analytical lines of reasoning, trends, and distinct models which, attempting to establishing themselves as hegemonic or exclusive, do not in themselves form part of the historical and epistemological context of language sciences. As a result, they end up producing a lack of clarity, not only in terms of the connection between the models themselves, and among the originating disciplines, but also in terms of understanding what constitutes this crucial type of qualitative analysis. This work classifies the various perspectives on discourse analysis into three basic levels: an informational-quantitative level, a structural-textual level and a socialhermeneutic level, also denominated discourse ethnomethodology. This work focuses on the descriptive resolution and critical analysis of each of these levels, elaborating a way of delimiting discourse analysis within the methodological-epistemic space of organizational studies.

    Psychoanalitical theory enlarges the understanding of analysis discourse methodology, mainly about the interpretation phenomenon.

    A complexidade do campo da Análise do Discurso pode ser atribuída ao seu caráter interdisciplinar, com raízes e desenvolvimentos em disciplinas das ciências humanas e sociais, como a Lingüística, a Semiótica, os Estudos Literários, a Antropologia, a Sociologia, a Teoria da Comunicação, a Psicologia Social e Cognitiva e a Inteligência Artificial. Além da diversidade constitutiva, há, sob a denominação de análise do discurso, numerosas linhas analíticas, tendências e modelos distintos que, pretendendo instaurar-se como hegemônicos ou exclusivos, não situam a si próprios no contexto histórico e epistemológico. Como conseqüência, acabam por produzir uma ausência de clareza, não apenas acerca da vinculação dos modelos entre si e com as disciplinas originárias, mas em torno da compreensão do que seja esse tipo crucial de análise qualitativa. Classifica- se a variedade de abordagens de análise do discurso em três perspectivas básicas: a informacional-quantitativa, a estrutural- textual e a social-hermenêutica, também denominada interpretação social dos discursos. Este ensaio pretende buscar a delimitação da Análise do Discurso no espaço metodológico-epistemológico dos Estudos Organizacionais. Recorre-se à Teoria Psicanalítica naquilo em que ela pode ampliar a compreensão da metodologia da Análise do Discurso, especificamente no que se refere ao fenômeno da interpretação.
