Resumen de Perspectiva de género y enfoque intercultural en el sistema de salud en México, retos de la 4ª transformación (4t) del estado

  En un trabajo analítico del contexto mexicano presente, como oportunidad histórica de cambio cultural. Este artículo tiene por objetivo revisar la participación de la academia y su responsabilidad para ofrecer alternativas de pensamiento y acción que, tejiendo ideas generadas desde múltiples campos disciplinares, den respuesta a los retos en salud desde una mirada crítica del presente, a fin de fundamentar alternativas epistemológicas a la crisis civilizatoria del mundo capitalista moderno, de la que México no queda exento. Es un texto que aboga por la centralidad de la participación social, en la reconstrucción subjetivada de un futuro incluyente, como una opción ética que, haciendo justicia con el pasado, atiende a la pertinencia de buscar, desde todos los espacios instituidos, la incidencia política en el momento histórico de la transformación del Estado (la 4T), partiendo de que es un Estado que no termina de asumir ser parte de una realidad pluricultural que le exige reconocer la potencia resolutiva que tienen miradas como la perspectiva de género feminista y el enfoque intercultural crítico y decolonial para la reconfiguración social que necesitamos ante esta realidad eminentemente violenta y violentógena del presente. Encontramos, de la revisión metódica de la historia, que aún las maneras de construir los diagnósticos en el campo de la salud colectiva, exigen abordar los problemas desde otras narrativas que hagan posible aproximarse al ejercicio efectivo del Derecho a la salud a cuya construcción todos, todas y todes estamos siendo llamades

  In an analytical work of the present Mexican context, as historical opportunity of cultural change.

  This article aims to review the participation of the academy and its responsibility to offer thought and action alternatives that, by weaving ideas generated from multiple disciplinary fields, respond to health challenges from a critical view of the present, in order to base alternatives epistemological to the civilizational crisis of the modern capitalist world, of which Mexico is not exempt. It is a text that advocates the centrality of social participation, in the subjective reconstruction of an inclusive future, as an ethical option that, in justice with the past, addresses the pertinence of seeking, from all instituted spaces, political advocacy at the historical moment of the State's transformation (the 4th).

  Going through that it is a State that does not end up assuming to be part of a pluricultural reality that requires it to recognize the resolutive power that has views such as the feminist gender perspective and the intercultural approach critical and decolonial for the social reconfiguration we need, in the face of this eminently violent and violence-generating reality of the present. We find, from the methodical review of history, that even the ways of constructing diagnoses in the field of collective health, require addressing the problems from other narratives that make it possible to approach the effective exercise of the Right to Health to whose construction all, We are all being called.
