  Se introduce el Cuestionario del Estudiante Universitario Trabajador CEUT, su escala completa que contiene 25 ítems en cuatro dimensiones: Necesidades Laborales, Aprendizaje y Experiencia Profesional, Competencias Universitarias Básicas y Competencias Laborales. Asimismo, se demuestra, que existe una correlación positiva entre las cuatro dimensiones establecidas. Se empleó el análisis factorial para confirmar las dimensiones y los ítems respectivos del CEUT para verificar su validez. Asimismo, la prueba de la alfa de Cronbach para observar su confiabilidad. Además se realizó un análisis estadístico descriptivo y el análisis correlacional para mostrar el grado de asociación entre las dimensiones de estudio. Los participantes fueron 122 estudiantes de una universidad pública, que estuvieran laborando. Se logró demostrar la validez del CEUT y las correlaciones entre sus cuatro dimensiones.

  The WUST Worker University Student Test is introduced, its full scale containing 25 items in four dimensions: Work Needs, Learning and Professional Experience, Basic University Skills and Work Skills. Likewise, it is demonstrated that there is a positive correlation between the four established dimensions. Factor analysis was used to confirm the respective dimensions and items of the CEUT to verify its validity. Also, the Cronbach's alpha test to observe its reliability. In addition, a descriptive statistical analysis and correlational analysis were performed to show the degree of association between the study dimensions. The participants were 122 students from a public university, who were working. It was possible to demonstrate the validity of CEUT and the correlations between its four dimensions
