Resumen de Desafíos de los estudiantes de nuevo ingreso a la Universidad

Cuando un estudiante cambia el contexto educativo donde se desenvuelve, surgen inquietudes que pueden generar situaciones de riesgo. El objetivo de este artículo es revisar cuáles son los desafíos a los que se enfrenta un estudiante de nuevo ingreso a la universidad. Los desafíos trascendentales, son: el rol del estudiante, calidad académica, infraestructura de la universidad, apoyos estudiantiles y becas y factor económico. Tras el análisis de cada uno de estos desafíos, el que presenta mayor relevancia es el rol que juega el estudiante dentro de este contexto. Para concluir, se indica que existen múltiples opciones que permiten al estudiante desarrollarse académicamente, y a futuro desempeñarse como profesionista, pero todo va a girar en función de la ejecución de la motivación, entrenamiento y, sobre todo, la avidez de cada estudiante.

When the students changes their educational environment in which he or she develops, concerns arise that can generate risk situations. The objective of this article is to review what are the challenges that new universitie´s student face when they are in the new school. The transcendental challenges are: the role of the student, academic quality, university infrastructure, student´s support and scholarships and the economic factor. After analyzing each of these challenges, the one that presents the greatest relevance is the role that the student plays in the university´s context. To conclude, it is indicated that there are multiple options that allow the student to develop academically, and in the future to work as a professional, but everything will turn based on the execution of motivation, training and, above all, the greed of each student.
