  • The University of East Anglia’s Enterprise Centre at Norwich Research Park is a ground-breaking project which showcases lowcarbon, sustainable building with a highly ecological specifi cation, in a design that achieves Passivhaus standards and a BREEAM Outstanding rating. This article explains how the commitment to the sourcing of local materials makes the building an exemplar for lowcarbon specifi cation as well as local industry engagement in the UK.
