Resumen de El régimen transitorio de la reforma del art. 1964.2 CC a la luz de la suspensión de plazos del estado de alarma
Law 42/2015 amended article 1964.2 of the Spanish Civil Code in order to reduce the statute of limitations for personal actions without a special term from fifteen to five years. It also introduced a transitional regime that gives retroactive effect to such reduction on those credits not yet extinguished, being affected by the general suspension of limitation periods imposed by the state of alarm caused by COVID-19.Act 42/2015 amended Section 1964.2 of the Spanish Civil Code in order to reduce the limitation periods for personal actions without a special term from fifteen to five years.
