    El artículo consiste en un estudio histórico acerca de las premisas, antecedentes y evolución histórica de la formación ética y ciudadana del potencial de reserva egresado de la escuela pedagógica de Las Tunas, hasta la actualidad. Se basa en la necesidad de indagar acerca del tema con el objetivo de ofrecer una contextualización socio histórica que sirva de sustento a estudios en este campo. Dicho estudio se enmarca en la historia de la Dirección de procesos educacionales, con énfasis en la mencionada formación, en la que se analizan las relaciones sucesivas, transformaciones y tendencias de este proceso desde la perspectiva científico-tecnológica y en interacción con otros aspectos de la cultura. Durante el proceso de investigación se utilizó el método histórico y lógico y el experiencial vivencial, desde los cuales se pudo obtener información clave sobre el comportamiento de dicho proceso.

    The article consists of a historical study about the premises, antecedents and historical evolution of the ethical and civic training of the reserve potential graduated from the pedagogical school of Las Tunas, up to the present time. It is based on the need to inquire about the subject in order to offer a socio-historical contextualization that supports studies in this field. This study is part of the history of the Directorate of educational processes, with emphasis on the aforementioned training, in which the successive relationships, transformations and trends of this process are analyzed from the scientific-technological perspective and in interaction with other aspects of the culture. During the research process, the historical and logical method and the experiential method were used, from which it was possible to obtain key information about the behavior of said process.
