Resumen de Retos de nueva gestión en Instituciones de Educación Superior Públicas del Ecuador: Enfoque en percepción

La investigación tuvo por objetivo analizar los retos de nueva gestión en Instituciones de Educación Superior Públicas del Ecuador: Enfoque en percepción. Metodológicamente fue de tipo descriptiva. A través del estudio realizado se encontró que la nueva gestión en la Universidad Nacional de Loja ha mejorado la perspectiva de su personal docente y administrativo respecto al desarrollo efectivo en las funciones sustantivas en docencia, investigación, vinculación con la sociedad y gestión institucional. En cuanto a los efectos que provoco la pandemia covid-19, la UNL ha sido capaz y ha demostrado presencia en atributos perceptivos al mejoramiento e integración en su tecnología que producen sincronía en las estrategias que se cumplen anualmente. De esta manera, el personal particularmente demuestra mayor colaboración y pertenecía en la concepción de las tareas asignadas acorde a sus capacidades como factor de atención por la institución.

The objective of the research was to analyze the challenges of new management in Public Higher Education Institutions in Ecuador: Focus on perception. Methodologically it was descriptive. Through the study carried out, it was found that the new management at the National University of Loja has improved the perspective of its teaching and administrative personnel regarding the effective development of substantive functions in teaching, research, relationship with society and institutional management. Regarding the effects caused by the covid-19 pandemic, the UNL has been capable and has demonstrated a presence in perceptual attributes to the improvement and integration in its technology that produce synchrony in the strategies that are fulfilled annually. In this way, the staff particularly shows greater collaboration and belonged in the conception of the assigned tasks according to their capacities as a factor of attention by the institution.
