    Robos, pleitos, agresiones físicas y verbales, malos tratos, fugas; acciones y situaciones que creaban un clima de violencia que en algunos momentos y circunstancias fue bastante grave. Todo ello acontecía en el ámbito urbano, un espacio relativamente estrecho y cerrado, donde la violencia parece exacerbarse por la misma concentración de los elementos y situaciones generadoras de la agresividad. Si en las ciudades populosas de los siglos XV y XVI siempre existieron elementos belicosos y situaciones de fanatismo, en la Málaga de los años 1495-1516 hay que añadir el aporte de agresividad que entraba por el puerto y un factor que incrementaba la situación de violencia que en toda la ciudad podía existir: el problema morisco.

    Robberys, quarrels, phisical and verbal aggressions, bad manners, figures; actions and situations that build up a clime of violence that in many moments and circustances was very hard. All of this happened in the City, in a space right and closed, where the violence seems to be more strong because the concentration of the elemmments and situations that generate the aggresive expressions. In the populous cities of the XVth and XVIth centuries there were always warlikes elements and fanatical situations. That’s happened in the City of Málaga in 1495.1516, but, also, in this City there were other elements that becomme agresive circustances: the harbour (troops and armies to Magreb and italy, unlawful trade) and the morisco problem.
