  Educational Coaching is a market niche of Coaching that uses development tools in the area of education.

  These tools enable self-knowledge, improve student performance, stimulate self-learning, work on legacy identification, increase teacher motivation, identify pupils and teachers' limitations and develop them, as well as set goals accordingly, always thinking about present with a focus on the future and achieving fast results. The objective of this research is to analyze the development of the teachers after the application of the tools and sessions of Coaching. As a result, we have identified an increase in the safety of teachers in their work, knowledge of their abilities and reactions, greater ease in dealing with conflicts or working with different profiles. As a methodological research tool we used the technique of data collection through structured questionnaires, performing a quantitative research to evaluate the results in the form of graphs.

  O Coaching Educacional é um nicho do Coaching que utiliza ferramentas de desenvolvimento na área da educação. Essas ferramentas possibilitam o autoconhecimento, a melhora no desempenho dos alunos, estimulam o auto aprendizado, trabalham a identificação do legado aumentando a motivação dos professores, identificam os limitadores de alunos e professores e desenvolve-os, além de elaborar metas adequadamente sempre pensando no presente com foco no futuro e obtendo resultados rápidos. O objetivo dessa pesquisa é analisar o desenvolvimento dos professores após a aplicação das ferramentas e sessões de Coaching. Como resultado, identificamos que houve um aumento da segurança dos professores na sua atuação, por conhecerem melhor suas habilidades e suas reações, uma facilidade maior em lidar com conflitos ou em trabalhar com diferentes perfis. Como ferramenta metodológica de pesquisa utilizamos a técnica de coleta de dados através de questionários estruturados, realizando uma pesquisa de caráter quantitativo para avaliar os resultados em forma de gráficos.
