This writing seeks to outline the modern moralization of the company brought hand in hand by communitarianism, stakeholder teory and corporate social responsibility. This moral phenomenon, much more political-social than legal, has for some years flooded all markets as if it were manna or the balm of fierce bras. But business reality is something much more complex that can hardly be solved with morality or ethics. The solutions will come from the economic and the legal, and in the latter case the law that is already well provided with morality with its procedural rationality. Referring the solution of business problems to morality can be counterproductive, because it can lead to social or political failure.
