Resumen de Estudio sobre la intervención desde trabajo social sanitario, en el área de Medicina Interna del Complejo Hospitalario de Navarra

  El artículo tiene como objetivo acercar al lector a la actividad asistencial de Trabajo Social en un servicio médico concreto, dentro del entorno hospitalario, objetivando la intervención social en la tipología de pacientes de ingresan en el servicio de Medicina Interna, aportando los datos cuantitativos y el análisis cualitativo de los mismos. A su vez, se detallan los programas y estrategias a nivel autonómico y su puesta en práctica en pacientes con enfermedades crónicas y pluripatológicas que ingresan en el hospital de agudos.

  The article aims to bring the reader closer to the Social Work assistance activity in a specific medical service, within the hospital environment, aiming at the social intervention in the typology of patients admitted to the Internal Medicine service, providing quantitative data and the qualitative analysis of them. At the same time, the programs and strategies at the regional level and their implementation in patients with chronic and multiple pathological diseases who are admitted to the acute hospital are detailed.
