Resumen de Alejandro Lipschutz y los estudios andinos. De la revolución rusa a la “vía chilena al socialismo”

El objetivo de este artículo es analizar la relación entre la obra del indigenista chileno-letón Alejandro Lipschutz y el campo de los estudios andinos chilenos. Con este fin, aporto en primer lugar algunos datos biográficos de Lipschutz y analizo sus aportes teórico-metodológicos principales, cristalizados en los conceptos de resurrección indoamericana y transculturación. Además, indago su influencia sobre algunos de los investigadores pioneros del campo de los estudios andinos chilenos: el arqueólogo Mario Rivera y el geógrafo Freddy Taberna. El artículo propone en las conclusiones una reflexión sobre los aportes de Lipschutz a la antropología y sobre su influencia en los estudios andinos chilenos.

This article analyzes the relationship between the work of the Chilean-Latvian indigenist Alejandro Lipschutz and the field of Chilean Andean studies. To achieve this, in first place I analyze some biographical data of Lipschutz and its main theoretical-methodological contributions, crystallized in the concepts of American resurrection and transculturation; en second place I analyze the influence of Lipschutz on some of the pioneers researchers in the field of Chilean Andean Studies: the archaeologist Mario Rivera and the geographer Freddy Taberna. In the conclusions the article proposes a reflection on the contributions of Lipschutz to the anthropology and its influence in the Chilean Andean studies
