  Este trabajo analiza el impacto que ha tenido el Derecho de la Unión Europea en la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional español. Se expone la gradual incorporación del Derecho de la Unión como un parámetro de enjuiciamiento en el canon de constitucionalidad, empezando por su uso como criterio de interpretación, hasta integrarse en preceptos constitucionales, como el artículo 24 de la Constitución. Asimismo, el artículo analiza la relación entre el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea y el Tribunal Constitucional, como dos jurisdicciones que operan en planos diferentes, pero unidas por intereses y normas comunes.

  This work focuses on the impact of European Union law in the case-law of the Spanish Constitutional Court. The article portrays the gradual incorporation of Union law into the parameter of interpretation of the Spanish Constitutional, first as a source of interpretation, and more recently as a legal system that is fully integrated into specific constitutional provisions, as is the case of Article 24 of the Constitution. In addition, the article inquires into the relationship between the Court of Justice of the EU and the Spanish Constitutional Courts, two jurisdictions that operate in different spheres, but bound by common interests and rules.
