Ser o estar loco o loca, o viceversa

    Los verbos ser y estar, a pesar de tener un gran similitud en su uso y significación, no por ello mantienen diferencias intrínsecas profundas, que determinan al sujeto con respecto al atributo. Tampoco es lo mismo la designación de locura desde un punto de vista individual que la que se pueda analizar cuando, de admitirla, se trate de un conjunto de individuos o grupo social. La cuestión del género también ofrece la oportunidad de buscar términos alternativos que lo soslayen, aunque todo al final pueda parecer un juego de palabras.

    The verbs to be crazy and to go crazy, in spite of having a great similarity in their use and meaning, for that reason do not maintain deep differences intrinsic, that they determine to the subject with respect to the attribute. It is not the same the designation of madness either from an individual point of view that the one that can be analyzed when, to admit it, is a set of individuals or social group. The question of the gender also offers the opportunity to look for alternative terms that they avoid it, although everything in the end can seem a game of words.
