Hernán Vidal Martínez (Hervi) es el dibujante chileno de más amplia, vigente y variada trayectoria en los campos del humorismo gráfico, la historieta, el dibujo editorial y la dirección de arte. De presencia ininterrumpida en la gráfica chilena desde 1958, es creador de personajes y revistas significativas para la historia del humor gráfico. Ha mantenido contacto con sus colegas latinoamericanos. Entre sus premios se encuentra el Premio Quevedos 2018, de carácter iberoamericano, otorgado por la Universidad de Alcalá.

Hernán Vidal Martínez (Hervi) is the chilean cartoonist with the widest, most current and varied career in the fields of graphic humor, comics, editorial drawing and art direction. With an uninterrupted presence in Chilean graphics since 1958, he is the creator of significant characters and magazines for the history of graphic humor. He has maintained contact with his Latin American colleagues. Among its prizes is the Iberoamerican Quevedos 2018 Prize, awarded by the University of Alcalá.
