    En estas líneas, la idea es profundizar en la noción de minorías y su íntima vinculación con el Derecho internacional privado y los Tratados de Derechos Humanos. En función de ello, indagaremos en algunos temas como la inmigración y la tutela de las mujeres y niños, ante la vulnerabilidad que genera la gestación por sustitución, como situaciones que hoy requieren especial visualización para poder garantizar sus derechos a la igualdad efectiva y a la no discriminación. Desde la mirada constitucional-convencional, el DIPr debe asumir el compromiso de garantizar los derechos de las personas más vulnerables del sistema, para alcanzar la justicia como equidad.

    Alongthese lines, the idea is to go more deeply into the notion of minority rights, and their intimate connection with Private International Law and Human Rights Treaties. Accordingly, we will study the issues being encountered in relation to immigration and protection of women and children, which creates greater vulnerability in surrogate motherhood, as situations that requires visualization to guarantee their rights to non-discrimination and equality. From the constitutional-conventional perspective, the DIPrshould assume the commitment to improve human rights for vulnerable persons, to achieve justice as equity.
