    En una era digital en la que el mundo se desenvuelve, son cada vez mayores los retos para poder ofrecer soluciones que atiendan las necesidades educativas. Hablar de aprendizaje digital, implica desarrollar habilidades en el profesorado, de ahí la importancia que recobra el liderazgo para poder enfrentar las exigencias de ante un cambio obligado de un ambiente presencial a uno virtual o digital. De tal forma que el objetivo de la presente investigación es identificar y establecer los elementos que un docente debe poseer para ser considerado con un liderazgo que promueva el aprendizaje digital. El enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativa, exploratoria y transeccional. No obstante, se presenta un avance de la investigación para poder contextualizar esta primera entrega y dar oportunidad de profundizar en los resultados analizados sistemáticamente a través de la revisión bibliográfica.

    In a digital age in which the world is unfolding, the challenges of being able to offer solutions that meet educational needs are increasing. Talking about digital learning, involves developing skills in teachers, hence the importance that the leadership regains in order to face the demands of a forced change from a face-to-face to a virtual or digital environment. So the purpose of this research is to identify and establish the elements that a teacher must possess to be considered with leadership that promotes digital learning. The approach to research is quantitative, exploratory and transsectional. However, a progress of the research is presented to be able to contextualize this first delivery and give opportunity to deepen the results systematically analyzed through the bibliographic review.
