    Um importante instrumento de tutela do direito fundamental social àmoradia instituído pela legislação pátria é a impenhorabilidade do denominado “bemde família”. Porém, há que se privilegiar uma interpretação conforme a Constituição,de modo a evitar excessos ilegítimos, que ferem a interpretação teleológica da norma.
