    La sentencia de la Audiencia Provincial de Madrid toma su decisión en un caso donde el cliente bancario solicita la anulación del contrato de swap firmado con los bancos, siguiendo escrupulosamente la doctrina que el Tribunal Supremo ha establecido para estos casos, no solo referente al problema de la nulidad del convenio arbitral, sino también en lo tocante a la caducidad de la acción, la inexcusabilidad del error y la renuncia de acciones

    The decision of the Provincial Court of Madrid takes its decision in a case where the bank client requests the annulment of the swap contract signed with the banks, scrupulously following the doctrine that the Supreme Court has established for these cases, not only with regard to the problem of the nullity of the arbitration agreement, but also with regard to the lapse of the action, the inexcusability of the error in consent and the waiver of actions.
