    La presente investigación analiza los retos pedagógicos que significa la educación intercultural en la situación de confinamiento sanitario que las estrategias para enfrentar el COVID-19 presentan. Significa reproducir los valores y haberes inherentes a esta pedagogía a través de los recursos que las Nuevas Tecnologías de la Comunicación social ofrecen. Debe informarse de las características físicas del mundo, capacitar y desarrollar destrezas y competencias, concientizar en la importancia de atender los modos de vida que se comparten respecto a la vigencia de la dignidad como realidad que articula convivencia; esto, en el espacio virtual. Destaca el hecho que el éxito a al alcanzar amerita los valores que la educación intercultural promueven. Se trata de una investigación etnográfica al analizar una situación pedagógica específica.

    This research analyzes the pedagogical challenges that intercultural education means in the situation of sanitary confinement that the strategies to face COVID-19 present. It means reproducing the values and assets inherent to this pedagogy through the resources that New Technologies of Social Communication offer. They must learn about the physical characteristics of the world, train and develop skills and competencies, raise awareness of the importance of attending to the ways of life that are shared with respect to the validity of dignity as a reality that articulates coexistence; this, in virtual space. It highlights the fact that success in reaching deserves the values that intercultural education promotes. It is an ethnographic investigation when analyzing a specific pedagogical situation.
