    Este trabajo busca conocer cómo se desarrollan los itinerarios de intervención con las personas solicitantes y beneficiarias de Protección Internacional (SBPI) dentro del Sistema Nacional de Acogida (SA), cuya finalidad es la progresiva autonomía e integración social y laboral en la sociedad de acogida. La Protección Internacional es un concepto que engloba tanto el estatuto de refugiado como la protección subsidiaria. El SA permite acceder a los servicios sociales y de acogida necesarios para asegurar la satisfacción de las necesidades básicas en condiciones de dignidad de las personas SBPI. La investigación se enmarca en el proyecto de Cruz Roja Toledo (Acogida e Integración de personas SBPI) que forma parte del SA. A través de las entrevistas realizadas y de la observación participante en el proyecto de Cruz Roja, se ofrece un acercamiento a la realidad de la intervención que muestra limitaciones estructurales del SA, condicionando la consecución de sus propios objetivos.

    This work seeks to know how the intervention itineraries to applicants and beneficiaries of International Protection (ABIP) are developed within the National Reception System (RS), whose purpose is the progressive autonomy and social and labour integration in the host society. International protection is a concept that encompasses both refugee status and subsidiary protection. The RS allows access to the social and reception services necessary to ensure the satisfaction of basic needs in conditions of dignity for the ABIP people. The research is part of the Toledo Red Cross project (Reception and Integration of people ABIP) that is part of the RS. Through the interviews carried out and the participant observation in the Red Cross project, an approach is offered to the reality of the intervention that shows structural limitations of the RS, conditioning the achievement of its own objectives.
