    Una mirada a la historia de la infancia de la República Argentina y la visión sobre las Personas con Discapacidad en la primera mitad del siglo XX, es la temática de dicha investigación, desde el discurso médico y como éste se inserta en la sociedad y en las políticas de Estado.

    Un trabajo inédito en cuando a tratar un tópico que recién se está investigando, como es la infancia y la normalidad en situación de discapacidad.

    A look to the history of the Argentinian Republic childhood and the vision about Disabled people in the first halfway through the century XX, is the theme of this research, from the medical speech and as this one is inserted in the society and in the State’s policies.

    An unpublished work, when a subject which has recently been investigating, is treated how the childhood is and the normality in a disabled situation.
