Resumen de Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación aplicadas en el proceso de aprendizaje del bachillerato

  La investigación tiene por objetivo analizar el nivel de conocimientos que poseen los estudiantes de bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa “San Sebastián” en cuanto al funcionamiento de las TIC como herramientas educativas, por lo que se realizó una investigación de tipo descriptiva no experimental, con un enfoque mixto, a través del cual se determinó que los estudiantes opinan que las TIC son empleadas en un nivel medio dentro de las aulas, pese a que implementarlas sería de mucho beneficio dentro del proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje. Para dar frente a esta situación se diseñó un modelo de capacitaciones colaborativas, cuyo fin es encaminar a todos los actores del sistema educativo a emplear las TIC de manera correcta, aportando así al progreso de la educación y orientándola hacia la era digital.

  The research aims to analyze the level of knowledge possessed by high school students of the "San Sebastián" Educational Unit regarding the operation of ICT as educational tools, for which a non-experimental descriptive investigation was carried out, with a mixed approach, through which it was determined that students believe that ICTs are used at a medium level within the classroom, despite the fact that implementing them would be very beneficial within the teaching-learning process. To deal with this situation, a collaborative training model was designed, the purpose of which is to direct all actors in the education system to use ICT correctly, thus contributing to the progress of education and orienting it towards the digital age.
