Mycosis fungoides is the most frecuent type of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, being the second most prevalent type the primary cutaneous CD30+ lymphoproliferative disorders. It is hard to differenciate this entity developed in a patient with mycosis fungoides from a transformed mycosis fungoides, therefore it is a challenge for a dermatologist to analyze the case and decide a suitable treatment, being both patologies different in terms of prognosis and survival. We report a case of a woman who in the course of her disease (mycosis fungoides) developed a tumor, which results to be a CD30+ anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
