El desarrollo de la actividad turística desde lo cultural y patrimonial demanda brindar a los turistas lo más revelador del patrimonio cultural de los destinos que visitan. El uso turístico del patrimonio supone un proceso de conversión de los recursos patrimoniales en producto turístico. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo determinar las potencialidades que debe tener una localidad para el desarrollo del turismo cultural mediante los atractivos patrimoniales de esa localidad, realizando un uso adecuado y sostenible de ese patrimonio. Para ello se emplearon un conjunto de métodos investigativos para una mejor comprensión del trabajo.

The development of the tourist activity from the cultural and patrimonial demand to offer the tourists the most developing in the cultural patrimony of the destinations that you/they visit. The tourist use of the patrimony supposes a process of conversion of the patrimonial resources in tourist product. The present article has as objective to determine the potentialities that he/she should have a town for the development of the tourism of cultural by means of the patrimonial attractiveness of that town, carrying out an appropriate and sustainable use of that patrimony. For they were used it a group of investigative methods for a better understanding of the work.
