  Las cuidadoras formales sociosanitarias han surgido en Andalucía para dar una respuesta a las necesidades de cuidados de un grupo de población mayor o con problemas de salud concretos como la salud mental. Esta necesidad de cuidados previsiblemente aumentará. Paralelamente, es sensato pensar que las ayudas sociales que lo hacen posible, también aumenten. Comprender y poner de manifiesto el punto de vista que tienen sobre los cuidados estas trabajadoras municipales y su visión del medio en que se mueven, es el objetivo de este trabajo, que nos llevará a comprender cómo se mueven entre el mundo del trabajo remunerado y el voluntariado.

  The socio-sanitary reliable carers have come up in Andalucía to give an answer to the necessities of cares of a group of old population or with specific health problems such as mental health. This necessity of cares will increase predictably. Similarly, it is sensible to think that the social aids, which make possible the work of these carers, also increase. Understanding and making clear the point of view which have about the cares which these municipal workers and their view of the environment in which they work, is the objective of this job by means of which we will understand like these carers sometimes work among the world of paid job and the voluntary work.
