Hace referencia a las instituciones del Derecho Civil y del Derecho Procesal Civil que repercuten en el proceso penal y las medidas que se deben adoptar para asegurar el pago de la reparación civil futura, de encontrarse responsable al procesado por el delito que se le imputa. Hace notar, igualmente, las diferencias existentes en la aplicación de la reparación civil en el fuero común y en la jurisdicción militar, donde el Estado es siempre el agraviado.

The author analyzes legal parameters of civil compensation in accusatory criminal proceedings, both in the common and the military jurisdiction. It refers to the institutions of Civil Law and Civil Proce have an impact on the criminal process and the measures that must be adopted to ensure the payment of future civil damages, if the accused is found liable for the crime charged. It also notes the existing differences in the application of civil compensation at the common jurisdiction and the military jurisdiction, where the State is always the victim.
