Resumen de Propuesta de un esquema de capitalización para el financiamiento para la pyme en México

  El objetivo de esta investigación es realizar una propuesta de un esquema de capitalización para el financiamiento para la pyme mexicana, y compararla conalternativas que existen en el sistema bancario. Para tal fin, se desarrolla en primer lugar el tema de la problemática financiera de la pyme, para plantear la metodología de este trabajo que se desarrolló bajo un enfoque descriptivo, aplicando el método de caso; posteriormente se explica de manera detallada el esquema de capitalización que le servirá a la pyme para allegarse de recursos, y por último, se muestra a través de una aplicación práctica y empírica las bondades del modelo, mismas que demuestran cómo por un lado le permite a la pyme capitalizarse y por el otro, contar con acceso a una fuente de financiamiento menos costosa que la que se ofrece en el mercado a través de la banca comercial. El resultado principal es que el esquema propuesto resulta ser alternativa menos costosa y más accesible para la pyme.

  The objective of this research is to make a proposal for a capitalization scheme for financing the Mexican SME and compare it with alternatives that exist in the banking system. To this end, the subject of the financial problems of the SME is first developed, to later propose the methodology of this work that was developed under a descriptive approach applying the case method. Afterwards, the capitalization scheme that will help the SME to obtain resources is explained in a detailed manner. Finally, the benefits of the model are shown through a practical and empirical application, which shows how, on the one hand, it allows the SME capitalize and, on the other, have access to a source of financing less expensive than that offered in the market through commercial banking. The main result is that the proposed scheme turns out to be the least expensive and most accessible alternative for the SME.
