    Enfermería es el arte de comprometerse a acompañar y a apoyar a los seres humanos que están intentando encontrar sentido a su enfermedad. El trabajar como profesional de enfermería es participar en la vulnerabilidad del que sufre e intentar aliviarla, ayudando a que el paciente sea el autor de su propia experiencia. Ofrecer la posibilidad de escuchar alivia y mejora la adherencia al tratamiento. La no adherencia al tratamiento supone que los pacientes no son conscientes de su propio estado y de que éste podría, además, ser correctamente tratado. La práctica clínica además de técnica es relación humana.

    Con esta experiencia narrativa, quiero compartir los sentimientos, la incertidumbre que envuelve la práctica asistencial enfermera para conseguir el cumplimiento terapéutico. Describir cómo los pacientes viven sus experiencias en los encuentros con los servicios de salud y nos ofrecen la posibilidad de mejorar y desarrollar nuestra profesión. La narración clínica es un medio, un instrumento para la reflexión, para el análisis y la elaboración de pautas y actuaciones enfermeras.

    Nursing is the art of commitment to accompany and support the human beings who are trying to find meaning in their illness. The work as a nurse is involved in vulnerability and try to alleviate suffering, helping the patient the author of his experience. To offer the possibility of listening eases and improve adherence to treatment. The non-adherence to treatment means that patients are unaware of their own state and that it could also be successfully treated. Clinical practice besides technique, is human relation.

    With this narrative experience, I want to share the feelings, the uncertainty that wraps the practice asistencial of nurses to achieve the adherence therapeutic. Describe how live the patient his experiences in the visits to the health services and how offer us the possibility to improve and develop our profession. The clinical narrative is the means, a tool for reflection, for analysis and development of patterns and nurses actions.
