    La inmunoterapia, se está convirtiendo en un gran avance científico en el tratamiento del cáncer. Sin embargo, en algunos tipos de cáncer no alcanza un beneficio para todos los pacientes, esto hace que pensemos que tiene sus limitaciones debido a la complejidad biológica del tumor, su localización y la capacidad de respuesta inmune de cada paciente. Con este tipo de tratamientos lo que se consigue es destruir las células malignas que causan el cáncer sin dañar las células sanas.

    Immunotherapy is becoming a great scientific advance in the treatment of cancer. However, in some types of cancer it does not reach a benefit for all patients, this makes us think that it has its limitations due to the complexity of the tumor biology, the location of the tumor and the immune response capacity of each patient. This type of treatment removes the malignant cells that cause cancer without damaging the healthy ones.
