Resumen de Relación entre Sedentarismo y Género Bajo un Contexto Covid19 en una Organización del Sector Eléctrico Colombiano

La finalidad de este trabajo de investigación ha sido examinar la relación e impacto del sedentarismo provocado por el confinamiento Covid19 respecto a los géneros femenino y masculino que componen una organización del sector eléctrico colombiano mediante un diseño no experimental, transaccional, correlacional-causal y con un enfoque cuantitativo. Los resultados más destacados son: se demuestra una relación significativa Chi-cuadrado de 0,006 entre el sedentarismo por confinamiento Covid19 como variable independiente y la variable dependiente género femenino y masculino con una intensidad de asociación moderada V de Cramer de 0,359, además se establece que el confinamiento Covid19 ha impactado directamente al 51,66% (31) de los hombres encuestados y en contrapartida sólo al 20,75% (11) de las mujeres participantes en este proyecto investigativo estableciéndose una mejor adaptación y resiliencia del sexo femenino respecto al masculino a las condiciones impuestas para atenuar la pandemia Covid19.

The purpose of this research work has been to examine the relationship and impact of sedentary lifestyle caused by the Covid19 confinement with respect to the female and male genders that make up an organization of the Colombian electricity sector through a non-experimental, transactional, correlational-causal design and with a quantitative approach. The most outstanding results are: a significant Chi-square relationship of 0.006 is demonstrated between the sedentary lifestyle due to Covid19 confinement as an independent variable and the dependent variable female and male gender with a moderate intensity of Cramer's V association of 0.359, it is also established that the Confinement Covid19 has directly impacted 51.66% (31) of the men surveyed and in counterpart only 20.75% (11) of the women participating in this research project, establishing a better adaptation and resilience of the female sex compared to the male to the conditions imposed to alleviate the Covid19 pandemic.
